Infocast BuyTime provides
a way to create chargeable interactive digital
TV services based on the Multimedia Home
Platform (MHP) standard. Charging is done
with mobile device by sending a short message
(SMS) containing an activation code to the
service provider.
BuyTime consists of an
open user interface component and a server
platform which carries out billing and service
usage reporting. The user interface component
has an open interface which allows it to
be used from practically any MHP interactive
application.
BuyTime enables the service
provider to use a single practical way to
charge for multiple interactive services.
